I believe that work can have a really positive impact on our life, giving us a sense of purpose & achievement, building our confidence & giving us opportunities to learn & grow.

However, there are times when work has a negative & detrimental impact instead. The ripple effects can be felt in all aspects of our life, including our relationships & what we think & feel about ourselves.

Through 1-2-1 & Group Coaching, I provide a safe space to help others find their way forward to their version of ‘happy’.

My 1-2-1 coaching is Coachee-led, focusing on the Coachee’s agenda & what they need. The relationship can be described as a partnership, working to identify and achieving personal goals.

The words that describe my coaching style are down-to-earth, candid, challenging, intuitive curiosity, empathetic, warm & fun. I work best with individuals that want to see change & are prepared to put in what they want to get out.

1-2-1 Coaching

My 1-2-1 coaching is Coachee-led, focusing on your agenda & what you need. We will work in partnership to help you identify and work towards achieving your goals.
I work with my clients over a period of time; typically 6 months. You will receive up to 15 hours of Online Coaching that is structured to meet your individual needs. Whether that's frequent 45 minute sessions or less frequent 2 hour sessions - we'll agree together what will work best for you.

I charge individuals £1,500 for my 6 month online programme and I offer a range of ways to pay. My starting rate for Coaching organised through an Organisation is £2,250.

If you'd like to work with me for longer, or a shorter period of time then prices will be adjusted according to how many coaching hours you would like.

Please note, if you'd rather do our Coaching face to face then I may have to adjust prices to take into account travel time and costs.


The HR Leadership Programme

Combining leadership development, peer coaching and 1-2-1 coaching, this 6-month, online programme was created specifically to support HR professionals who overcame and achieved so much over a somewhat disruptive 18+ month period throughout the Pandemic.

It became bloody obvious very quickly that this programme is beyond overdue. The humans of HR have long been putting everyone’s needs ahead of their own and have forsaken both their own development and well-being.

This programme changes that.

The HR Leadership Programme will give you

  • Time and space to think
  • Focus on your wellbeing, resilience, and a renewed confidence
  • An opportunity to share new approaches and different ways of doing things
  • The ability to explore ideas and solutions to key challenges
  • Personal growth and leadership development
  • Actions and strategies to take back into your organisation
  • A trusted network of peers (and friends)


What does the Programme Cover?

This 6-month programme provides a blended learning experience of guided group coaching, self-reflection, 1-2-1 coaching and peer coaching.

#1 Introductions & Contracting – 60 minutes
We start with introducing who we are and why we’re here before taking the time to set out how we will work together in the following sessions.

#2 Creating a safe space – 2.5 hours
Time to get vulnerable and introduce your authentic self as well as taking some time to reflect on how you really are doing.

#3 Time and space – 2.5 hours
‘I just need some time to think’… Sound familiar? This session gives you just that; as well as teaching you some really powerful techniques to take back to your day to day.

#4 Peer Coaching – Action Learning Set – 90 minutes
Through the power of the hive mind, this peer-led, group coaching action learning set will give you a chance to explore a shared challenge the group is facing.

#5 Values and Confidence – 2.5 hours
‘It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are’ says Walt E Disney, and we agree. During this session you’ll discover your work values and learn how they can build your confidence, help you influence your stake-holders and hone your decision-making skills.

#6 Peer Coaching – Action Learning Set – 90 minutes
Time to reignite the power of the hive mind again. Taking a new shared challenge, we bring the group together for another peer-led group coaching action learning.

#7 Beliefs and drivers – 2.5 hours
Discover what could still be holding you back from being your best self through discovering your beliefs and limiting assumptions. Learn how to banish & reframe your gremlins and set the guardians free.

#8 Strengths – 2.5 hours
What’s your superpower? We all have strengths and in this session you’ll identify yours and the impact they have. Learn how you can adapt your working week and through your strengths, do your best work.

#9 Peer Coaching – Action Learning Set – 90 minutes
Our final peer-led group coaching action learning set of the programme – where we unleash the power of the hive mind to explore and tackle a shared challenge.

#10 Growth mindset, resilience, and identity – 2.5 hours
Time to bring it all together. To reflect on how far you’ve come, acknowledge your growth and clearly define the HR Leader you are. Develop an action plan to continue growing in your role and as an individual.


Alumni

When the coaching programme is over, the community continues.

Once you’ve signed up to the programme, you’ll be invited to our private Facebook group. This is a place exclusively made up of our Rebel & Shine Alumni, where we can share, support, celebrate, cheerlead, brag, rant, wobble, scream, despair, ask for help – whatever you need on any given day. Maintaining, growing and nurturing our safe, friendly & trusted space – where no apologies are necessary.

Fully Funded
The first 4 sessions of our programme are FULLY FUNDED. That means you don’t pay a penny! Why?

Well, we started out wanting to give something back to the HR community we’d both been part of for so long. We want to honour that, so that’s why we’re fully funding the first four sessions as well as opening up the programme to 10 people.

Come and experience, & benefit from, the power of Coaching and Community our Programme provides without the pressure of committing & paying for the full programme up front.

Investment
If you choose to continue and complete the full programme the cost is £1,200 per person for all 10 sessions.

For that investment you will receive a whopping 20.5 hours of group coaching, plus 2 hours of 1-2-1 coaching with either Kate or Sally.

Please note that the maximum group size for the remaining 6 sessions is 6 people.

Business Case
